 In the Vale of Glamorgan in Wales, Barry is a quaint seaside resort that has placed host to a number of famous faces, including those of Gavin and Stacey. Barry enjoys great road and railway access, which is important for its immense popularity. Barry Island Peninsula is the main attraction for visitors to Barry, having a stunning beach and fabulously fun Pleasure Park, where you can enjoy rollercoaster’s and dodgems.

Barry Island Peninsula also features the Heritage Railway Station, a place where you can view an interesting Steam Engine and for the kids is a Thomas the Tank Engine replica.

Located in nearby Dyffryn, and surrounding a Victorian residence are these delightful gardens. Ponds, neat lawns and beautiful colours are a highlight of these serene gardens
 
Llanerch Vineyard
Slightly further north from Barry is Wales most successful vineyard. Tours and tasting are available between March and December
