Bristol airport serves a wide number of destinations both in the UK, Europe and Worldwide. The airport is situated just 8 miles south of Bristol city centre and it is easily accessible by car from major routes in all directions. Cars may be parked in any one of Bristol airport’s car parks. A short term car park is available for cars parked for up to 24 hours and is based on-site. Long term car parks are only a short walk away or a few minutes ride in the airport’s 24 hour courtesy bus service.
National Express Coaches operate a service linking Bristol Airport to larger towns and cities in the UK – there is the option to buy one ticket covering both coach travel and flights. A bus service runs from 6.24am to 14.30 Monday to Friday and the bus stop is situated next to the departures lounge. |

The closest rail station is Bristol Meads Station which is about 7 miles from the airport; The Bristol Airport Flyer Express Coach provides travel to and from the station every 15 minutes (at peak times) and currently the price of a return ticket is £9.00 for adults. Trains from Temple Meads travel to Bath and London.
A 24 hour taxi rank operates from within the terminal and there are 5 national car hire companies situated at the airport.
There are a large number of eateries within the main terminal from fast food to the upmarket ‘Seafood’ restaurant. There are a number of shops which are open between the hours of the first and last flights.
