Fort William is the largest town in the Scottish Highlands and can be found just south of Inverness, via the A82 road.
An important centre for tourism, Fort William is located by Glen Coe and Glenfinnan, as well as being within close proximity of Ben Nevis and other Munro mountains, making Fort William an excellent area for hill walks, cycling and climbing. In fact Fort William has often been accredited as being the “Outdoor Capital of the UK”. Upon visiting Fort William you can enjoy visiting the filming locations of such cinema classics as Being Human, Braveheart, Highlander and Rob Roy, as well as exploring historical landmarks also found nearby.
