The best word to describe my experience in F&B's would be manic. The staff were rushed off their feet and there didn't seem to be any proper communication from bar to kitchen. We waited an age to be seated, but that was fine as the place was packed, but I was disturbed when it was suggested we split up the party of six on to two different tables; they couldn't grasp the fact that it would defeat the object of a family meal out. I did feel for our waitress though, who tried hard to accommodate us; but I shall not be returning. Gary Tomlinson
